Door Repairs

I was requested to remove rot from two door frames, paint one door, replace exterior door trim and weatherstripping. Upon removal of the first door, rot was found under the threshold and all around the framing. I was able to remove the rot and install new framing and door casing. Flashing tape was applied for both doors as it was not previously applied. Everything went smoothly after that and both doors open and close smoothly.
